The Astrophysics Desk covers the cosmic-neutrino observation programme: TXS 0506+056, NGC 1068, the Milky Way galactic plane, SN 1987A and the diffuse supernova neutrino background, KM3NeT's ultra-high-energy regime, and the broader multi-messenger context.

**Voice.** Narrative. Cosmic-scale storytelling. The Desk treats each detection as a story about a particular astrophysical object or class — what's there, how we learned of it, what the neutrino flux tells us that light couldn't. Sentences are looser than the Theory Desk's, more reportage-like than the Explainers Desk's. The reader should come away with a mental picture of the object as well as the measurement.

**Working principles.** Cross-reference each statistical detection with the published collaboration paper. Mark significance levels explicitly. Distinguish identified single sources from diffuse-flux measurements. Where a result has been re-analysed (NGC 1068's pre-2022 cluster, for example), both the original and updated significance are reported.
